Hereby grant Solver Sales & Rentals Pty Ltd (“the Agent”) a Mandate to market and sell the above-mentioned Property in terms of this agreement of mandate ("the Mandate") on the following terms and conditions:

1. SELLING PRICE
The gross selling price agreed to by the Seller for the Property or such price as may be agreed to in writing between the Seller and the Agent from time to time ("the Selling Price").

2. THE MANDATE PERIOD
The mandate hereby granted shall commence upon signature of this agreement and shall remain in force until the conclusion of the mandate duration stipulated below ("the Mandate Period").

3. AGENT’S COMMISSION
The Seller shall pay the Agent a sales commission of the agreed % (Percent) of the price at which the Property is sold, plus VAT thereon (if applicable). The Seller will be liable to the Agent for commission if the Property is sold during the mandate period by the Agent. The Seller will be liable to the Agent for commission if the Property is sold, during the mandate period by the Agent, for the full selling price, or any amount mutually agreed by the Seller and Purchaser. The Seller will be liable to the Agent for commission if the Property is sold any time after termination of the mandate period to any person who was introduced to the Property by the Agent during the mandate period.
