How our values make a difference

All companies have values – what differentiates Solver Property Services is that we do not just talk about our values; we live them. We have 9 key values, and our team constantly strives to live up to these – every day, and in every way.

The key values that guide everything we do are:

    We mean what we say, and we say what we mean. We aspire to being completely trustworthy in all our dealings with stakeholders and to always telling the truth.
  2. Integrity
    All our communications, policy documents and terms and conditions are completely transparent – there are no hidden surprises lurking in the small print (but you should still read it – we will not mind if you do).
  3. Ethicality
    This means always doing the right thing – even when no-one is looking. We take great pride in the reputation we’ve built up over the years, and we go to great lengths to protect it by treating everyone we encounter in the same way that we’d like to be treated.
  4. Accountability and Responsibility
    We take ownership of everything we do – even our mistakes. We are not afraid to put our hands up if we have made an error – it is how we learn, and it is part of our process of continuous improvement.
