Solver Property Services has been managing community schemes effectively since 2005. We are a management company that provides a unique community management solution for Sectional Title and Full Title developments.
In 2005, Solver Property Services started with one complex in Boksburg. Through positive sentiment and word of mouth, we have slowly built up a portfolio consisting of over 150 complexes (+-10 000 owners) spread across the whole of Gauteng.
Solver Property Services’ management division strives to offer the best service by building close relationships with Trustees / Directors / Scheme Executives, various service providers and residents. This is to ensure that the community scheme / building is well managed and well run thereby alleviating a lot of the pressure from the Trustees / Directors / Scheme Executives.
At Solver Property Services, we believe that the only true way of providing value is by offering a “hands on” approach. This means visiting the community scheme regularly as opposed to just sitting behind a desk administering paperwork.
Solver Property Services makes property work for you by adding value through effective management, honesty and commitment that aims to reduce costs and improve the lifestyles of all who reside in the community schemes or buildings that we manage.
At Solver Property Services we offer:
- A property experience using trained specialists
- A professional service
- A personal touch – we are there when you need us
- A full service -relieving pressure from Trustees / Directors
Our business is built on energy, agility, professionalism and knowledge, with a commitment to being at the heart of our community.
